You can pierce the seal by pressing the inverted cap of the tube firmly against it. Before applying the product, wash and dry your skin thoroughly, including your hands.- Gently squeeze the tube and spread a thin layer of cream on the inflamed skin and a small area around it.- Rub in the cream lightly.- Wash your hands after rubbing so that you do not spread the infection to yourself or others.If the inflammation is located in a skin fold (between the toes), especially at night, the skin can be covered with a sterile gauze pad after applying the product.
