Bio-Kult capsules may be swallowed whole or broken apart where the contents may be mixed with drink or sprinkled over food. If on antibiotics: Take 4 capsules per day at a different time from the antibiotics (at least 2 hours apart). Continue to take it for at least 2 weeks after the end of the antibiotic treatment. For travelers: One week before departure, take a general dosage of 1-2 capsules 1-2 times a day. While traveling: take 4 capsules a day, and continue to take it for at least 1 week after returning home.
